Our return policy varies depending on the item you would like to return.

What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Does RazerDeals offer exchanges or replacements?

We can only replace the exact item and version you ordered, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 30 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order. If the exchange is for a different size; you must return the item and we will exchange it for the new size within 30 days.

Does have an extended return policy for the holidays?

Yes. Items shipped by between November 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012, may be returned until January 31, 2013, for a full refund, subject to our return guidelines listed.

How do I return an item to

Visit our Online Returns Center to get a mailing label to return your item.
NOTE: Return shipping may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of a error.

I've returned my item; how soon will I receive my refund?

If you are returning the item for a refund to your original payment method, you should receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of the carrier having received your item.

If you shipped the item back to at your own expense, and the return is the result of an error, you will be refunded your shipping costs when we process the return. To prevent having to pay for the return yourself, please visit our Online Return Center to receive a pre-paid label.


Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Some refunds are issued as credits to your Account when specifically stated on the item during purchase.


If your refund appears in Your Account, but you aren't seeing the refund in your current balance, here's what to do:

  • Credit Card Refund: Contact the credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
  • If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, please Contact Us for further assistance.
